Sessions are held online, one at a time or as an ongoing series — usually every two to three weeks. This gives the work room to unfold between conversations, in the field, at the sit spot, in the quiet of your own noticing. I work with a small number of people at a time.
I offer three tiers. Please place yourself honestly — no proof is asked or needed. The model only works if people who can pay the standard rate do, and those who genuinely can't feel free to use the lower tier without apology.
For those navigating genuine financial constraints — reduced income, caring responsibilities, or a difficult period. No explanation needed.

Rescheduling & cancellations
Life happens, and I want this to feel human rather than transactional. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please just let me know at least 24 hours before our session — no explanation needed.
With less than 24 hours' notice, the session is considered used. I know genuine emergencies come up without warning, and I'll always use judgement and care around those rather than applying the policy rigidly.
If a pattern of late cancellations makes it hard to hold space for you consistently, I'll always raise it with you directly and kindly, rather than letting it go unspoken.
